One of the best creative and practical problem solvers I have worked with. Matt led business solutions in my team and consistently developed innovative solutions to difficult, knotty business issues. His solutions in Search/Discovery and intranets were outstanding; creative, progressive and always hit the nail on the head in terms of solving the real business problem. I have known Matt for many years but I spent 10 months closely working with him in the PwC Global Collaboration Services team based in London where I was the Global Collaboration Platform Lead. Matt is absolutely brilliant in tackling challenges hindering collaboration and finding / developing solutions to address them. Not only will he research existing off-the-shelf market solutions extensively, but he will also look at them in the context on internal systems, risk guidelines and ultimate business objectives.
